    Changed my life!!!

This product is amazing! I had been extremely conscious of my face with all the acne I had. Once I started using Neutrogena product, I started to notice a change with in a week. Prior to that I had tried 100s of products, however I came across this and it changed my life! I no longer have to use anything else. Extremely happy with their products. I can now go out in public without makeup or feeling ashamed of my face. Thank you Neutrogena for boosting my confidence and changing my life!!

I absolutely ADORE Skin- ID and it's worth the price. Its substantially less than Proactiv and works better anyways. When the commercials tell you its suited just for you they aren't kidding. I have never once felt irritation, burning or dry skin that I usually recieved from other skin care products. I have very senstitive skin and Skin ID is sensitive to my needs. It really has been clearing my acne well and its great for a student price. The test is simple and straight forward it asks you the questions that are most important and the results are fabulous.

I have been suffering from acne my whole life - so, I've been trying to find effective products for several years now. I find that Proactiv works well, but it costs too much, particularly for my student budget. I recently reviewed several Body Shop Tea Tree Oil products and found that they worked, but the combined products' prices were still putting a dent in my pocket. Then I came across this product: Neutrogena skin ID. You may recall seeing the TV ad with Hayden Panettiere. It's an acne treatment system that is completely customized for you. You can order this product line either through their website or by calling their toll-free number. I ordered this product via their website for the price of $49.99 (including taxes and s/h, it came to a total of $63.82 - it came with a complimentary bag and spot treatment).

When you first go to the skin ID website, they will ask you to answer a short questionnaire, to get an idea of what type of acne you suffer from, as well as various other questions involving your lifestyle and stress level. Based on your responses to the questions, they will recommend 3 different products for you to use. These 3 products will make up your unique acne treatment system.

I have been using the Neutrogena skin ID for about 5 weeks now, and have noticed a vast improvement in my skin. The change did not occur over night - so, if you start using this product, don't expect to see a change immediately. It took about a week and a half before I started to notice some improvement - and at week 5, my skin has cleared up immensely. I did notice that my skin was feeling a little dry after week 3, but it is normal and can be remedied with any oil-free moisturizer. At week 5 now, the dryness is no longer a problem, and my skin is glowing. The results are comparable to that of Proactiv, at the fraction of the cost (at the mall, the Proactiv trio set costs nearly $100 here - the repairing lotion over $30 alone).

I also like that they have a dermatologist support link on the Neutrogena skin ID website, so, if you have any questions, you'll get specific answers - not just general responses.

The price of this product is the cheapest I've come across, and it is highly effective. I will be using this product for a while to come.

I have been using ProActiv for quite a while and it seemed to not be working as well lately. I have seen several ads for the Neutrogena SkinID products and finally went to the website and did the skinid evaluation. I have used Neutrogena products for a long time and thought I would give it a try. Maybe my skin just needed something new.

I had a code for $10 off, and they offered a free travel bag and small bottle of spot treatment, so the price was pretty comparable to ProActiv. i received the package a few days later. It contained the free items plus the 3 products they chose for me after I did the evaluation. I am in my 40's and have wrinkles AND pimples so I was kind of surprised at the products they chose.

Only one product was safety sealed, unlike all products I have ordered from ProActiv. I received a tube of cleanser, a tube of pimple treatment, and a tub of cleansing pads. All of them are pretty strong medicine-wise (especially the pads- the smell upon use is overwhelming.) I'm not sure how this will affect my aging skin. The cleanser is nice- after I use it my face doesn't feel like it is going to crack, but it doesn't feel completely clean, either. It is a cream with no exfoliant scrubby beads. It smells good. The pimple treatment smells a little mediciney and isn't overly drying, but doesn't seem to make much difference. I used a pad after the cleanser and you wouldn't believe all the dirt that still comes off. I the spot treatment burns like fire, whether the pimple is open or not.

I have been using it for several weeks. I often have breakouts each month, and low and behold this month my skin is worse than ever. I look like a teenager (my skin does, anyway) and now my neck is breaking out, too. They do offer a money back guarantee but the box got thrown away and I don't want to pay to ship it back. I will just cancel before they send the next shipment (they send a kit every 60 days.) I hope I can one day find something that works- for now I guess I will stick with ProActiv. The skinid concept is great- personalizing the products to your skin, but if it doesn't work it isn't really worth it.
