I would buy this again!

I have been using this for a week now with immediate results. I have tried other treatments but so far this has been most effective! I would buy again!

Life saver

I’ve always had eczema and this is really the only thing that has ever helped. Only down side to this shampoo is the smell , but it works so well the smell is worth it Would recommend

One of the only things that will work

I have struggled with dandruff and psoriasis for years now. A couple times a year it acts up, usually because of stress or environmental changes. I have used so many other over the counter shampoos for it and they hardly do anything. I swear by this T/GEL. I have gone to multiple drugstores just to track it down. It is pretty well priced considering the fact that it works well and it doesn't need to be used every single hair wash. It does have a strong smell but I honestly don't mind it. It is from the coal tar so it could definitely be a bit much for some. I was worried about using this shampoo since I got a blond balayage a couple months ago. My balayage is a bit overgrown so my roots are pretty brown and that is of course where the bulk of the shampoo was. I had no issues with it staining or tinting my hair, as it warns could occasionally happen on the label. Overall, it does what it needs to and it does it well.

Very effective and works quickly.

I was pretty impressed with how quickly I saw the effect of this shampoo. After a few washes the dandruff and itchiness were gone, even when waiting a few days in between hair wash days and using the occasional dry shampoo in between. This will be a staple in my home

Just as good as the original

I've struggled with eczema most of my life and have been using Neutrogena products for many years. I actually mostly use the original T-Gel which has the blue top, but decided to try this extra strength one recently. Honestly, the extra strength doesn't really seem to be "stronger" to me, and it smells just as bad lol... So the thing that's annoying is that it costs a little bit more. If you have any problems with flaking and itching, save a few bucks and just get the original T-Gel; even the 2-in-1 works well if your issues are minor.

CANT LIVE WITHOUT IT!

I suffer from psoriasis on my scalp for as long as i can remember. This is the only shampoo i find that works. I use it 2 a week and it keeps my psoriasis at bay and under control. I have been using this for 10 years and dont plan on stopping!

Only thing that works

This is the only thing I have found that calms my itchy dry scalp and eliminates the dandruff. It also leaves my hair super soft and shiny. Only draw back is the slight tar scent. But I follow it with a nice conditioner and it’s not noticeable. A+++

This stuff is totally worth a shot if you have mild scalp itch or flaking. It doesn't smell too terrible and has made all the difference for a tiny fraction of the cost of a visit to the dermatologist. After using it for a week i no longer have any itchiness.

I have been using this product for 10+ years to help maintain and prevent the psoriasis on my scalp from flaring up. It works really well with keeping the psoriasis at bay. The only negative would be the smell of the product, but doing a quick was with my regular shampoo afterwards works wonders with making my hair smell nice again!
