Not great

I used to use the prior to getting this cleanser and I LOVED IT! However, my face was getting dry due to the winter months in the northeast so I decided to try this cleanser when I ran out of the other one. Let me start off by saying, these are not the same quality cleansers! It is hydrating but since it’s a cream cleanser, it doesn’t “sud” or bubble when you wash your face and I don’t like that. To me, it’s a weird feeling cleanser on your skin. Compared to the foaming cleanser mentioned above, this cream cleanser DOES NOT WASH OFF MAKEUP. When I wear a full face, I find myself having to wash my face 3-4 times in addition to makeup remover, which then irritates my skin. I’ve also noticed when trying to wash off eye makeup, it makes the area around my eyes hurt regardless of how lightly and carefully I wash. The only positive thing I have to say about this cleanser is that it is hydrating but compared to the foaming cleanser, it isn’t much more hydrating. In my opinion, if you’re looking for a gentle, hydrating cleanser that’ll take off makeup/oils with ease, do yourself a favor and get the . It’s a lot better quality and I use far less of the foaming formula than the cream one when it comes to washing my face and/or getting makeup off.

Do not recommend

This made my acne flair up. It did say gentle on skin but my face turned red and the next day my face had more acne than usual. Neutrogena is usually a great brand so I do recommend other products just not this one for acne

A little too gentle for my liking

I have horribly sensitive skin with lots of adult acne. It really means gentle. With the heat and my oily face lately, it just doesn’t cut it. I find myself using 4 pumps for my whole face because it feels like using nothing. If that’s what you’re looking for then this is the one! But if you want a little more bubble and clean feeling, this won’t be for you.

Unfortunately didn’t hit the mark

Unfortunately, I have been experiencing acne prone skin for months now. This cleanser definitely makes my face feel clean but leaves it feeling very dry too. I have unfortunately seen an increase in break outs since using the product. May be better to use this cleanser in addition to another acne treatment for better results.

Ne me convient pas

Après plus de deux semaines d’essais et ayant une peau a tendance grasse et avec de l’acné je n’est malheureusement pas vue aucun résultat concluant.. J’aurais aimé que le produit sois plus mousseux et donne un effet de propreté sur la peau, mais il donne plutôt l’effet d’une crème sur la peau. Un peu déçu

Doesn't feel like I'm using anything

This face wash is scentless and colourless, which I'm sure is great for sensitive skin, however it doesn't feel like I'm using anything with this product. I prefer face washes that lather a little bit so I can tell my face is getting clean. My t-zone can get pretty oily and I didn't feel like this product effectively cleansed my skin. While I do have acne-prone skin, I didn't find that this product was for me.

Gentle but does not clean

I was very excited to get this cleanser but everytime I use it, it doesn't actually clean my face. I used a cotton pad with micellar water after to test how well it cleans and there's always makeup and dirt remaining. I even tried washing my face 3x with this product. I'm quite dissapointed.
