I prefer soap to foam wash

This Neutrogena item was given to me to be reviewed by. It is true that it is gentle and I found no irritation while using. It worked well removing minimal makeup as well. The lather is ok but I do prefer a soap to foam wash during my routine.
This wouldn’t be an item I would go out of my way to buy however if my other brands were not available I would have no problem purchasing it. Just for context my usual brand is cerave or Marcelle.

Gentle but effective

This NEUTROGENA® Ultra Gentle Daily Foaming Cleanser is very effective but feels gentle on your skin. Leaves skin feeling clean and refreshed but not dried out. Not over powering or offensive smelling, just fresh!

Gentle cleansing at its best

This was my first time trying a Neutrogena cleanser and I was impressed. My skin has been known to be sensitive to other skin care products I've tried in the past. It's always exciting when I find a product that works well with my skin. No blemishes or breakouts on my face mean this really is a gentle cleanser for all skin types, including my sensitive skin. After using this cleanser by skin didn't feel tight and dry as it has with other products.
My skin felt softer and more hydrated compared to other cleansers I've used.
The scent of this product is very mild. Stronger scented products usually have more chemicals added, so it's refreshing to use a cleanser that just smells clean without those extras.

My bottle did arrive cracked, so this product does need a little extra care if it is being shipped to you directly

Skin that’s soft and feels clean

The Neutrogena Ultra Gentle Daily Cleanser Foaming Formula is the best daily cleanser that I've tried in a long time. It made my skin softer and felt ten times better after the first use. The amount of product needed make it a great addition to your face routine. My skin hasn't felt this good in a long time. Finally something that truly makes my skin feel and look better for good!

Great product

Definitely recommended for all skin types. Its very gentle on skin. Doesnt makes my skin dry at all. Leaves my skin smooth and nice. After face wash i apply Neutrogena daily moisturizer which keeps my skin soft and hydrated

So Gentle!!!

I received the product free from Butterly in exchange for my honest review. I tried the Neutrogena Ultra gentle daily cleanser and was insanely impressed! It worked for my dry skin by helping my skin feel hydrated after washing my face! After a weeks use, my skin was not flaky. It had a light feeling which felt good on my sensitive skin and I had no reaction, probably since the product is fragrance free and hypoallergenic! I applied the product to my face and neck as my first step to cleansing, both during the day and night and found the best results! I was impressed that the product was paragon and dye free as well! Overall a great product that I will purchase in the future!!!

Great for combo skin & rosacea

I really liked this face wash and found it really comparable to the teal cerave combo face wash. I would say while the cerave wash feels more heavy on your skin this one feels very light but also hydrating. Sometimes I find face washes very stripping on the dryer parts of my face, but this one made my combo skin feel very clean but without that tight feeling. More light and hydrating.

I don't love the smell of it but honestly it works way better than most of the high end face washes I've tried and is perfect for my skin without fairing up my rosacea so I would recommend still!
