I've had a free sample, it worked fine. I like to try different products once in awhile. Over all good product.

I love this product. It's fabulous at cleaning my face, removing make-up and is so gentle that it doesn't dry out my skin or cause blemishes!

I acutally bought this product for my teenage daughters after finding it on sale. They really like it and don't get dry or flaky skin. This cleanser keeps their skin clear and free of blackheads without being drying or overly oily. It has a pleasant scent without being overpowering. They both really like this cleanser.

I've switched to this several months ago and haven't used another cleanser since! It is great for my sensitive combination skin.

I love most Neutrogena products, and the Ultra Gentle Daily Cleanser is no exception. I have been buying it for a couple of years and it is very effective for me and my family. It removes makeup and dirt well.

I have combination skin and am in my 30s. My teenage daughter has oily skin, and my pre-teen boys and husband just use it out of convenience. What I'm trying to say is we have several different skin types and it's effective for all of us. We have never experienced irritation or breakouts. Sure, like all cleansers you want to apply a light moisturizer afterward since it will dissolve most of your natural oils. To be honest, when my face is makeup and dirt-free, I usually just wash with warm water and no cleanser at all.

I actually love this stuff and I have very sensitive combination/oily skin. This does a fab job taking all of my makeup off (mascara too) without drying out my skin. It is one of my favourite cleansers and for the price and efficacy, it can't be beat. I got mine for free from the brand but it would be my first choice if I needed to purchase another cleanser.

I have very very sensitive skin and usually just wash my face with dove. Finding a commercial cleanser that will not make me rash up or break out is always a challenge. I recently received a bottle of Neutrogena's ultra gentle cleanser and I was a bit apprehensive because I have tried other so called "ultra gentle" and have been "ultra disappointed".

I put a dime size dollop in my hand added water and rubbed it on my face until it lathered up just a bit. I was surprised at how little it takes to wash my face. I washed, rinsed and waited. My face was not tight, itchy or blotchy and I didn't hive up at all. It has a beautiful light smell and it made my skin feel great.

If you suffer from sensitive skin I highly recommend this.

This cleaner is very gentle and is soap free, I have eczema on my face and this cleanser didn't bother it at all. It leaves my face feeling soft and free of dirt, sweat and makeup.
