I didn’t like it

Firstly I liked this product, because it has very nice features like fragrance free smell, foaming cleanser if it suits someone it’s best. but for me with time I got acan and pimple.

Super foamy.

Super foamy and nice and silky on your skin. Unfortunately caused me to break out. Haven't had a breakout in years wouldn't recommend this to anybody.

Affordable Daily Cleanser

Unfortunately, the Neutrogena Ultra Gentle Face Wash didn't work out for me. The first issue I faced with this product was the packaging. The pump would not unlock despite twisting the locking mechanism. I watched a few videos on how to open the pump and had to remove the pump from the bottle to open it. Once the pump was working, I found the formula quite runny, and I prefer my cleansers to be a bit thicker. It also was heavily fragranced, which I did not expect from an ultra-gentle face wash. The cleanser worked fine and didn't dry out my skin, and is an affordable option. However, I prefer my usual unscented cleanser as a gentle cleansing option. Please note that I received this product for free for testing purposes.

Disappointed

I am honestly disappointed. I really wanted to like this. When claiming a product is "ultra gentle" but using what I consider a chemical scent it ruins it. I tried to give it a shot and used it a few times but each time the scent gets in the way. It also did leave my face feeling dry and broke me out almost instantly. I do love Neutrogena products but this was a miss.

This is by far the worst face cleanser I think I have tried to date. I didn't realize it would literally be a creamy formula rather than soapy. It does not remove dirt/oil but instead leaves your skin feeling more oily. Instead of it feeling like a cleanser, it feels more like you are applying lotion to your face rather than cleaning it.

I don't like this product at all and I'm stuck with a whole bottle. I have used about half the whole bottle and it feels like it has done nothing and is way too "gentle". However, it doesn't seem to be great for sensitive skin as my face feels irritated after, perhaps I'm allergic to to something in the ingredients!
