Super scrubber

f you are looking for a product that will deep clean your face - this is it. I have really liked how this product has got rid of a lot of blackheads around my nose. I was a little skeptical to try it, but I am happy with the results I've seen with it so far. It was recommended to me by a friend and since she was so happy with it, I thought I'd give it a try. If you want to see some good results, you do have to be good about using it everyday. It's not something that you'll see a big difference with one try. But if you stick with it, hopefully you'll be happy with the improvement of the skin on your face too. One thing that I wish I could change about this product is how expensive it is. I think that the Neutrogena line of face products are really good for your skin, but they are expensive. It could be something that you save up for for a while and then buy it as a special treat for yourself.

I recently decided to get off the birth control pill after many years of being on it and have never really worried about my skin (aside from the occasional pimple or blemish around my period) but since I stopped taking the pill I have been breaking out a lot.
It was starting to really embarrass me as I would have never imagined getting adult acne. After months of trying different cleansers and toners I saw this on sale at Shoppers Drug Mart and decided to give it a try.

Within an hour of using it my first time my skin felt really clean without being dried out. It took off all of my makeup from the day (which is a lot now because I try hard to cover up the acne) and it even cleared a couple whiteheads which are so bothersome and embarrassing.

This isn't something I will be using daily but definitely 3-4 times in my weekly routine!

I received this from the brand to review, which is a good thing because I doubt I would have bought it on my own - I thought it was kind of gimmicky at first sight.

I've been using this now for a few weeks and have noticed a substantial difference in my skin! And this is coming from someone who is pretty regular with exfoliating and tries to take decent care of my skin (though I often forget to do masks and haven't had a facial in years), so I didn't have any major problems to begin with.

I love LOVE using this little guy in the shower - waterproof=so convenient - and the massaging action feels wonderful on my skin. I can't remember the last time my skin felt so soft and my pores looked so small.

The only downside is I'm not thrilled with the waste (as in, the single-use pads) and the fact that refills will cost me in the long run. I've found a workaround - after I've cleaned using the one side, I squeeze out the moisture and allow the pad to air dry. The next day, I use the other side with a drop of another facial cleanser and I'm good for another go.

I give it top marks for doing what it promises, but have to withhold a full 5/5 rating due to the waste and extra expense (refills). Great product!

Had to look everywhere for this because it was sold out but I finally found it at Shopper's Drug Mart for $19.99 (SUCH A GOOD PRICE FOR SOMETHING THAT WORKS SO WELL)
I love this thing-since winter arrived my skin has been getting dry alot and my regular exfoliator isn't doing the trick for me anymore. The Wave Duo works sooo well, it got rid of all the gross flaky skin and made it softer than ever :)
The little pads it comes with are great, they're really gentle and it gives you that tingly feeling. I also bought the Shine Free Blemish Free ones, which are a bit rougher on the skin but also really good.
The ONLY things I would complain about are that I wish I could have gotten another colour than blue, and after using it your hand feels kind of weird from the vibrations :P

So far this product is only average for me. It's great for a quick face wash after working out or if you are running late in the morning but the first time I used it it took forever to get a lather going! Since it's a "duo" it as two speeds....mine only had one :(

Since it's only average the price is a little high, but hopefully some other people have better experiences with theirs! I do recommend it since it's a quick and easy item to work with.

I was given this product to review by ChickAdvisor & Rpr Marketing Communications. I've always been a fan of Neutrogena, especially their clinical dandruff hair products. So when I heard about this new technology, I was definitely gunning for trying it out myself. This is the new and improved Wave which now has dual speed for deeper cleansing results. The first speed (slow) is for daily use so it removes the dirt and oil you accumulate the whole day. The second speed (fast) works as a deep pore refining cleanser so you use it whenever you need to exfoliate your face. Overall, I give it a solid product for the price. It's definitely not expensive (like most electronic cleansing device) so it gives everyone an opportunity to use this product without splurging. I'm impressed by how clean my face feels after a simple use of the product. It does the job which is to really clean your face and remove dead skin. The bumps on my forehead have been significantly reduced and my cheeks are less red than it was before (most likely due to harsh scrubbing). It comes with an AA battery and 14 day cleansing pad with the kit. You can purchase additional pads at your local drug store which I believe runs for about $10 for 30 or so. I would recommend this to those who aren't acne-proned (you'll need a better product for your acne) because it really cleans the face after one wash!
