Excellent prenatal vitamin

I love New Chapter as a pre and post natal vitamin. I was using a different brand prior to becoming pregnant and once I became pregnant my doula recommended New Chapter and I haven't looked back since. My iron was low and once I switched brands it provided a noticeable difference to my iron levels. Also I was not sick once through my pregnancy and have continued taking them while breastfeeding. Baby is 5 months old and neither of us have been sick yet even through winter and cold season.
