Seriously the best store bought sauce around, of course I tweak mine out with sautéed peppers, onions and garlic. Along with a generous scoop of basil. Still even without all of this it is great. Has the perfect texture, flavours. Tastes like a spaghetti from an authentic Italian restaurant. A portion of the proceeds of this sauce go to charity as well. How cool is that! Newmans own is definitely a gourmet sauce.

Same with your review, found it more runny (liquid like) even not just the marinanra but the salsa as well from Newman's

I used to buy more often because of the proceeds going to various charities, but not worth the taste
I find rather donate separately and purchase something I like.

The marinara needed more seasoning, more flavour!!! But consistancy and texture needs to.

The Newman's Own sauces were in a 4 pack at Costco.
This is the first time I have tired these products.
The marina was pretty basic. Nice tomato flavoring but
not much seasoning to it all. We added quite a bit of
our own spices to it. Also, it is a little runnier than I
had hoped. Not terrible but certainly not my favourite.
