Won this for free at a comic convention (so I guess on that basis I can't complain), but I was pretty disappointed by the product from the beginning. It came with a broken line pixel down the middle of the screen. I exchanged it for another one, on which the screen started to separate from the body of the product. I exchanged that for a new one, to which a broken line pixel developed a few months later (at that point the warranty was up), so now I'm stuck with it. A year or so later the screen is starting to separate as well. These are 2 of the common issues for this product. It still works, albeit very slowly, and there isn't a spot to plug in a USB or any sort of extra memory on the model I have (the original ones). I generally love anything ASUS makes (I've bought 2 laptops from them before), but I wouldn't recommend this particular tablet.
