Highly recommend if you have thick hair that is coarse or frizzy. You will notice a difference in your hair texture right away. I have thick, long, coarse hair and right away it tamed the frizz. After a few uses, my hair is much more manageable and healthy looking. Feels smooth and my hair can go at least 4 days without being washed. Stayed fresh. The only things that are a drawback are the smell. It smells better after your hair is dry than when it comes out of the bottle. Has an odd smell at first. Almost medicinal, my opinion. It may smell different to others but again, after drying it had a nice fresh smell. Its also a bit pricey at the drug store but there are always sales.
