Great shampoo

I bought this shampoo on the advise of my hairdresser. It lathered welland worked great. It got rid of any build up that was on my hair. It made my hair feel soft and manageable

I use this every other wash . I generally only wash my hair with Nexxus products as I find they do the best job. I have hair down to my knees so it takes quite a lot of soap but with Nexxus it’s definitely worth it !

Makes my hair feel smooth and silky

I love this shampoo! My hair feels so silky and smooth despite all the use of heat from the dryer, straightener and curling tongs. My hair doesn’t dry out and is not weighed down.
The scent is not too strong but it’s enough to make my hair smell like I just left the salon.

This shampoo is ok, but it didn't really stand out for me. I didn't notice a reduction in my frizz or anything that backed up any of the claims, after using it for a little bit. It did dry my hair out a little bit, for that reason I wouldn't recommend using it would using conditioner alongside it (I use conditioner once a week) after every wash.

The scent was ok, it smelled quite good at first, but when lathering developed a kind of strange chemical smell. Overall, like the product, I wasn't really sure how I felt about the fragrance. I'll use it again and it cleans my hair, but I'm not entirely sold on this.

NEXXUS CITY SHIELD SHAMPOO. It keeps my hair smooth shine and soft. I love this shampoo. It is one of my favourite shampoo. I recommend this product to all my friends

Didnt work for my hair

I was disappointed when I used this for a week and noticed my hair had build him and was greasy. Typically my hair is not greasy at all. I have thick curly hair. So for me The value And effectiveness was less than desired. And obviously this product was not for me but on someone like my daughter who has thin straight hair it worked great.

After using this shampoo my hair felt soft and fully moisturized. The products lathered nicely into my hair and made my hair easy to comb afterwards and kept my hair from building up excess oil. This product had an enjoyable smell that lasted until the next wash. After multiple uses, my hair feels healthier and has more volume and shine.

Highly recommend if you have thick hair that is coarse or frizzy. You will notice a difference in your hair texture right away. I have thick, long, coarse hair and right away it tamed the frizz. After a few uses, my hair is much more manageable and healthy looking. Feels smooth and my hair can go at least 4 days without being washed. Stayed fresh. The only things that are a drawback are the smell. It smells better after your hair is dry than when it comes out of the bottle. Has an odd smell at first. Almost medicinal, my opinion. It may smell different to others but again, after drying it had a nice fresh smell. Its also a bit pricey at the drug store but there are always sales.
