This multivitamin was advised to me by my Naturopath Doctor because of all the other supplements out their this brand had one of the highest absorption capacity compared to the leading drug store brands. It is gentle and free of heavy metals, chemicals and other impurities. The capsules are also all made up of non GMO vegetarian. Highly recommend.
