This product is a water wear foam that give you a deep cleansing, moisturizing and skin suppressant, is for all types of skin. It has no parabens, benzophenone-5, mineral oil, talc, tar color or tricloson. I take an amount of the product and mix it with water to create a foam, rub my face and massage in motions then rinse with warm water. The result a bright and clean face thanks to the olive oil and rosemary extract. I been using it for a week now and I love how my face is looking hydrated and with a natural glow!
