Nicole nail polishes are great and are on the cheaper side (which is a huge bonus). I absolutely love the color combinations they have. They are different and unique from other nail polish companies. This polish goes on evenly and I find that it doesn't chip or fade after being put on. Great company and would suggest their nail polishes to anybody.
If you love OPI and you got excited that they had a cheaper sister company.. then I am sorry because it really is not the same. Although the line has fun, young colours, they are terrible quality. Peeling and chipping occured within a day and even their top coat was disappointing. You are better off spending the extra couple dollars and getting the real deal: OPI.
I really love Nicole by OPI nail polish. I think it is just as good as the higher named brands of nail polish. I have soo many of these and my collection is going to keep on growing. Though, this is one of the more expensive drugstore nail polishes but I find these on sale for 3 to 5 bucks sometimes. LOVEEEEE this brand of nail polish!!!!!
I love the Nicole by OPI line. Next to the original OPI, it is the next best thing. It has the same selection of great colors, titled with the same unique names you see on the OPI bottles. My favorite color right now is THAT'S TOTALLY RED-ICAL. Even though it suggests hues of red, it is more like a dark bright pink, that looks sexy on a pair of tanned feet and toes. Paired with Nicole by OPI's Topcoat Plus, you have yourself a long lasting wear on your nails. My newest discovery, which is a God send, is Nicole by OPI's drying drops. One drop, 60 seconds dry! Looking forward to your next manicure? You should if your using these products!!
I love Nicole by OPI! :)
I actually have the light blue colour in the photo!
They have the best colour selection and it's definitely my favorite polish that's available at my local Shoppers Drug Mart :)
It lasts longer than most pharmacy brands and doesn't chip as easily :)
I always use two coats :)
The colour selection is my favorite part :)
I love the colors in the Nicole collection. They're very fun and trendy. They last long and look great with even one coat - I prefer two. It's a very chip resistant polish and with a top coat I find my nails can last almost 7 days!
I think I really like this collection. I've bought two so far, and the colours are very feminine and flirty. They dry moderately fast, which I kind of like, and don't chip that easily. However, I'd still recommend using two layers of top coat just in case!
I've seen this on display quite a bit, but until I saw a bunch on clearance ($2.99 instead of $10.99? yes please!) I had never bought one.
The polish is great quality (with OPI in the name, you'd assume it would be) but formula does vary depending on the colour. I found the cream shades to apply easiest and usually apply opaque in just two coats. The shimmers do need and extra coat, but that isn't anything out of the ordinary.
Overall, this line has some great shades and finishes, but try and get them on sale, as the price (in Canada anyway) is a bit inflated.
I own a couple different Nicole by OPI colours, and I am very satisfied with them! The colours are not streaky and apply wonderfully. When applied properly and patiently, the polish lasts with little chipping or peeling, and are very vibrant. My favourite is the colour 'My Lifesaver' from the Justin Bieber collection, it is a robin's egg greenish-blue colour and it is so beautiful. It has an easy application brush with means no wiping nail polish from the cuticles and fingers. The only complaint I have, is that this specific nailpolish (My Lifesaver) will stain the nails yellow if you don't apply a base coat underneath (my mistake). Kind of strange though.... they're still yellow weeks later, No big deal though, I have my Brightener Plus by Nicole for yellow nails to fix them!
Great colours but poor quality. It goes on nicely but after a couple of days, the entire colour will peel off your nail! Even with a top coat and base, the nail polish would consistently peel right off!
Rather pay the extra few dollars and buy a better quality product. Too bad though, there was much hope!
