The Nicole OPI strengthener is a must for my nails. I use this as a base coat for any coloured polish. I am a nail biter and picker so I typically have weaker nails. My nails are much less fragile when I use this strengthener. my nails don't easily fold when pressure is applied to them when I am using this product.
