great way to quit smoking !

I like it to help my mind to chew on something instead of just always thinking of smoking. it does help me, just not sure how long I can keep chewing the gum until I want to smoke again.

I've been wanting to quit smoking for awhile and have tried gum and patches. The patches didn't work but I found the gum did a bit, but this is the first time I've tried the lozenges. I don't know if they work yet because its the first day but I hope they do work. Look forward to quitting

Almost taste TOO good.

I usually use the mint lozenge when I am somewhere I don't wish to smoke. I like the mint but I LOVE these. I actually enjoy the taste a little too much. It makes me worried I may take more than I need to cut down. I wish it was available in different strengths other than just 2 or 4. I would also enjoy a 1 mg in this offering to continue to step down.
