They helped with the cravings but..

I would recommend these to someone to use along side with another quitting aid. Because, while I found they help with the chemical cravings, I would say that for me at least, I would need help with the whole physical cravings such as the oral fixation and the general act of using my hands too.

Was nice option to gum. Flavor was decent when used to it. Handy to keep around. Seemed to be enough slow release style. No major punch. Overall very useful. Maybe not for heavy smoker to start off.

Helpful and effective

My husband has been a smoker most of his adult life and finally has made the decision to stop smoking all together. How to receiving my product from butterfly. I have used it for six days now, but I find it still smoke. I’m not sure if it is strong enough or if it’s my willpower, but I would recommend it. I will continue to use the product and possibly buy it.
