I have smoked for over 10 years and have tried to quit a few times. These lozenges really do help to curb strong cravings and help me reduce how much I smoke. I will continue to use these and hoping to finally be free of nicotine very soon!

My husband loves the lozenges, prefers the inhaler

My husband is attempting to reduce his smoking habits and the lozenges are really helping! For him, it's an association habit. So when he's on his phone, driving, taking a break at work. The lozenges have been a great aid in taking the place of the act of smoking. Great alternative!!!

Not sure if it works

Had been tried to quit smoking for a few times, still struggling mostly because of the mind. This substitute product may work for a while. It takes much longer to get rid of bad habit.

Great little product! BAD BOX

Lozenges are convenient, discrete and taste good! If you have used a nicotine gum- same practice here, without needing to find a place to spit it out.
The box is small enough to discreetly fit even in a jeans pocket (great!), and has a slide-out feature that reveals a hole the lozenge comes out of.
The difficulty of actually getting one of the lozenges out of this hole….
Makes this entire process decidedly INDISCREET… I end up having to shake the box like crazy to get one out.
Ended up just putting a few in a baggie when I needed them.

Good flavor, but a few drawbacks.

Crabs cravings fast

Highly recommend this. My husband uses the gum. But I tend to chew it to much. So the lozenges help me control my cravings without consuming to much nicotine at once.

A small step can become a huge step!

It's never easy to try to quit smoking, its a hard habit to quit. Some prefer to go cold turkey but I chose a little helper. Its a small step each day, but those small steps will turn into a big step and a big change. I am making small changes to my health every day and this is just one of them!

Helped alot

Was a great thing to have on hand to help curb the craving of wanting to have a cigarette. I noticed over a few days I did cut down after having on hand

Smoking cessation

It does take a little bit to get used to the taste, but it does curve those cravings pretty fast. Would be nice maybe if they were a little bit smaller in size
