Calm down

Sometimes you really want a cigarette like when you’re having drinks around a fire with friends. Lately I’m the only one lighting up and it’s not as enjoyable as before.
Having a fire with friends came easier as I was able to pop the gum and carry on with my night.
I could focus on the conversation instead of dreaming about a cigarette.

Better flavour

Much better flavour. Entices me to continue using this product. Reduced my use by half. Will need to continue using the gum. Hoping for much more flavours

Came at perfect time was just starting my quit smoking journey…It helped me along the way greatly…Felt a craving and would pop a piece in mouth and be good to go in no time

fruit fresh flavor

Amazing for quitting smoking cigarettes or vaping. I went from the 4mg to the 2mg in just a month. The 2mg is the parfect amount. I keep a piece of gum in for about a hour before it is used up. Be careful because you get addicted to the gum

Another great tool to stop cravings

I was lucky enough to be selected to try the nicorette gums for free in exchange for my honest review.

Overall, the gums are good. They do stop cravings although not as fast as the nicorette quick mist spray in my opinion. They still helped me go through cravings though and I definitely believe they are a great tool. I personally wasn't a fan of the flavor. I'm used to the mint flavor and I would purchase the gums again in a mint flavor.

Also, make sure to read the instructions and respect them. They're not intended to be used as any other gums. You're not supposed to constantly chew on it. Chew on it until the flavor is strong and then let it rest between your jaw and cheek. No more than 30 minutes at a time. It's still a medicine and should be used as such.

Even though I prefer the nicorette spray, I believe that the gums are also a great tool for people who are looking to quit smoking. Start a better life !

Fois que j’essayais la gomme pour l’arrêt du tabagisme par contre c’était le toute première fois que j’essayais d’être saveur et elle goûte très bon. Je recommande cette gomme car elle aide vraiment à arrêter de fumer.
