I have been a smoker for many years now and i tried this product and it helped me to decrease my smoking, going to try to quit fully tomorrow and only use the gum!
Chewing it it really helped with cravings also

Nicorette gum to stop smoking

i have used the nicorette gum 2mg to help me quit. it help me a lot i use to smoke 20 cigarette a day but now i am at 10 cigarette a day with the gum and it is also flavory with the fresh fruit taste.

I was really sceptic on trying this product, but since it’s free and I was selected what better way to try a new product. I’m very happy with this product the taste is good and it really helps me forgot about a smoke. I don’t know if it will help me stop but it’s a great way to try and see if it helps. NICORETTE GUM

My throat was a little sore and the gum was a bit hard at first. The more I chewed, the softer it became, and the nicotine content made my mouth tingle a little. It seems to make me think of cigarettes.

helped a lot

I started on the 4 mg patch, gum and spray. Cigarettes are gradually reduced, and now there are 3 cigarettes a day. I no longer use patches, only gum and sprays. Being as active as possible certainly helps, but with winter on the horizon, I worry that I might increase my cigarette intake due to boredom. I had to figure out a way to keep myself occupied.
