Nicorette Gum

I could not use as it caused bad heartburn and gas. I really did not like the taste or the texture of the product. The product did very little to satisfy my carvings.

Tried the fruit flavored Nicorette gum 2mg and then the 4 mg good tasting gum ,found the flavor not last long at all ,it didn't stop my cravings what so ever ...Also left a bad taste in mouth bad aftertaste a thumbs down for this one .

I've been smoking for around 5 years or so and I have tried to quit multiple times. On two occasions I tried nicorette gum to help stop the cravings and while it did help a little bit, it wasn't enough to help me quit and also not enough to make the product worth the price for me. I could see how it could help someone who maybe smokes less, or has more will power, but it didn't work for me unfortunately.

I've been using this gum for a while now to quit smoking and find that it really does not work that well for me at times. I guess it takes a while to adjust. I'm sure it will work if I keep it up though
