I have smoked for over 20 years. It is such a long time to pay to poison myself. Seems outrageous but it’s true.
I’ve worried that quitting would cause weight gain. It’s just excuses I’ve used to try and justify this nasty habit. Not only for health reasons cigarettes have gotten so incredibly expensive. I smoke a "cheap" brand and those are $17.50 a pack times 4 times a week, it’s craziness to spend even a dollar to do what cigarettes are doing to my health.
This gum helps immensely! It works really fast. It works for cravings. I can chew it anywhere.
The gum isn’t magic tho and you have to have some willpower. I’ve cut back on what I am smoking and I’m finding it easier to ween myself off the cigarettes with the gum being really helpful.

I was a bit skeptical on trying this gum but i am happy i did, its got a decent flavor but mostly i find it really helped with the cravings and i found i cut back a lot of smoking cigarettes'

Tastes great and it works

I've tried nicotine gum before, and it was like chewing on a cigarette. They have sure improved in flavor! I quit smoking for over a year and just recently fell off the wagon. These will definitely help get me back on track!

Nicorette gum is helping me quit

Nicorette gum is really helping ke quit smoking. I've been smoking for 20+ yrs and I've gone from a full pack to 10 smokes a day and hopefully soon I will be smoke free

I'm A Work in Progress
