it’s small, easy to keep it discreet. it’s good when i’m in a pinch and feel like i need to smoke. i’ve been a smoker for 15 + years, and this, along with the incident patch have significantly helped me lower my need to smoke. i’ve cut my cigarette consumption down by at least 85%. i owe it to this inhaler.

As a compliment product if you are using the patch, it is proving to be essential for me to acclimatize to lower my patch dose, just to get me over that little speedbump of cravings. A trick I have been using is not adding the actual nicotine cartridge, and just fiddling with the plastic applicator as a replacement behaviour.
