It gives me a very Quick and almost instant relief. I like the taste. I didn't enjoy the burning sensation that comes when you spray in the mouth. Even if the burning sensation dissappear after a few second the discomfort is still a issue for me.

Je vais enfin réussir à arrêter. L'efficacité du produit est présente. Le produit a duré 4 jours selon mes envies de fumer. J'ai trouvé que la quantité est bonne. I've been a smoker for 20+ years and it is just no longer serving any purpose for me so I decided to try and quit but cold turkey never works (for me). Whenever I found myself craving a cigarette I just used the QuickMist and within a minute or so, the craving was gone. It's been a pretty effective product for me and I'll continue to use it through the journey to quit.

Great to help quit smoking
The Nicorette quick mist spray in mint is great. I tried the cool berry one before and didn’t like it. I spray it under my tongue which I found better than into my cheek. It’s small and discreet to pop in a pocket and take it with you which is ideal if you crave a cigarette while out in a restaurant. A quick spray and the craving goes in seconds.
I’ve been using the mist with stage 3 nicorette patches. Since using the mist my cravings have stopped. I still use an empty nicorette inhalator to keep my hands busy. It’s now day 12 and I’ve just ordered another mist for back up as it’s really helping. I’ve gone from 12 a day down to a maximum of 3 a day.
I would recommend it to people wanting to give up or cut back

I am using this for the first time and it definitely helps so much. The taste is ok and I like that I can just spray when I need it.
It is a bit pricey but worth it to quit smoking.
It has helped with cravings and am barley smoking now.

I received this about a week ago. I have waited to do my review as I want to really get the chance to try this product. Now that I have been using it for the week I am proud to say I haven’t smoked in 5 days. I will be buying this again to help me keep going. I am using less and less each day which makes me happy.
