Nicorette mist

It works well so far. I just got it yesterday and it has in fact helped some with immediate cravings and the only bad thing that happened was I didn't read the directions and sprayed it directly into my throat and man did that not feel good , At All. So ya. Be smart and read the directions first and it'll be fantastic. The flavor is super strong mint. So know that. Haha it's a real help though so far. Thank you for the trial. I'm making good use of it.

Effective product

pretty effective product. when the desire to smoke arises, I spray once in my mouth and the desire dulls, but I can’t say that it disappears completely. in any case, when this spray runs out, I will buy the same one to continue using it as I see the result.

Seems to work

It works if you give it time, different from the gum that's for sure, taste is ok could use a better taste. But helps really well to help you quit smoking

Side effects

This product did work to aid cravings however one of the common side effects is being light headed. After just one mist I became extremely light headed

J'ai essayé pour la première fois ce produit. J'ai été quelque peu déçu. Le jet est très fort et a chaque fois, j'ai eu une sensation d'étouffement. Le goût de ménage est aussi très prononcé. Étant donné ces points, je n'étais pas porté à l'utiliser pour replacer une cigarette.
