I do not recommend to anyone who has heartburn frequently. It gave me instant heartburn unfortunately. Even if it's only 1mg, the first shot I took made me choke and then the heartburns showed up. It was unpleasant. I didn't feel the need for a cigarette for about 30 minutes.

I received Nicorette Quickmist Fresh Mint nicotine spray from @thisisbutterly in exchange for my honest review. Having been a smoker for year I was happy to be selected to try this product. The spray bottle is a nice size and fits into your pocket nicely. A quick spray under the tongue curbs the cigarette craving within seconds. The first couple of times I used it I did not really like the minty taste but after those first few sprays it was great. It just took some getting use to. I see that it is also available in a cool berry flavor so I think I may try that one also to see which I like the best. I would definitely recommend to those trying to kick the habit.

It was ok

I was given this to try , I can’t say I am 100% happy with it. I found the gun more effective. I had to spray way more the what it said. The after taser was ok.

I like the gum but sometimes takes a while to kick in. This works super quickly on cravings, I often dont even notice until im grouchy. Definitely will purchase again.

Takes away cravings!!!

At first I was skeptical about the spray mist. Like come on can I spray really curb cravings? Well boy was I wrong!! I smoke about a pack a day, I started using this a week ago and I started with one spray and then I went to two sprays and I have probably cut out on average 10 cigarettes a day. So for me that is great and I will definitely purchase this product again
