It helped me quite smoking and dos not tast bad Easy to put in ur pocket or purse instructions are easy to fallow and read no issues with this product

Useful and Convenient

This product is great for on the go and places where you can not smoke cigarettes. I slowed down on cigarettes while using this. I cut my smoking down to half while using the spray. Did not irritate my throat. I would reccomend.

Help with Quiting

I found that the product some, although it didn't I wasn't able to quit completely. I have reduce the amount I was smoking before, using QuickMist. I do think it is a great tool to use when try to quit smoking. The taste was pretty good, could be improved some.

Good start

This is a great start to quitting smoking. Quitting is very hard and this product helps as much as it can, it’s definitely not a bad start to quitting smoking!

Different way to do it

When I first received this product I was not sure if I was going to like spraying my mouth like this. But surprisingly it wasn’t that bad. Has a good flavour . But I think I’ll stick to the patches and fake smoke sticks.

It works quickly, very strong mint flavour

The spray works very quickly to help with cravings, the mint flavor can be rather intense at first. Would definitely recommend to people trying to quit as another option

Extremely strong taste!!

It took me some time to get used to the strong mint taste. The first time it felt like I had taken mint flavoured cough syrup, tongue was tingling for a few mins after. After forcing myself to try it a few times more I still can't stand the taste. Needless to say I can't review whether the mist is effective or not since I had to stop using it.

Nicorette spray

I have this to my husband to try. He smokes two packs a day and he started using this.
He found some side affects but overall her liked it.
I would recommend it for sure
