Good Strong Mist

I have been using this for a few weeks now, and it has significantly reduced my cigarette usage. I linked it with the app which is pretty good at holding you accountable with push notifications and it's interesting to see your smoking trends. The flavour is good, and it's very strong so it really curbs the cigarette cravings because the nicotine is so strong.

It is also a nice convenient size that fits in your pocket which is great.

Great For Tracking Progress

I think this is the greatest thing for helping your quitting smoking journey. By downloading the app to pair with this product I can easily track my progress. I am a very visual person, so being able to track how many times I used the quick mist spray vs how many cigarettes I had on a day to day basis makes it very easy to see how I’m doing. I also find I’m able to think back to what I had going on in a specific day that made my urge to smoke or use a stop smoking aid greater than another day. I’ve also found I prefer the quick mist over the gum based on taste alone. Upon doing research I also learned there are other flavours of quick mist to choose from.
Highly recommend this “device” and app combo to anyone who is embarking on a quitting smoking journey. It’s easy to get caught up in the stress of it and I think this helps to have hard evidence right at your fingertips to track your progress!

I thought this product was good it helped me cut back on smoking I would definitely recommend trying this product it was nice to get a sample now I can decide weather to but it or not

This Nicorate spray sent my cravings away

Nicarette's spray was a little too strong for me, causing me to have uncontrolable hickups. I had a difficult time getting the app to work on my phone, but im sure its easy if you have better know how.

Could work for a casual smoker, but I prefer Gum

This product does the job, but as someone who has smoked on and off for a while - it's not really helping the cravings the same way that the Nicolette Gum has helped in the past.
