I have to say having an app to be able to look back and see when and where my weakness is has been amazing!

Within the app there is so much support, so many easy to follow tips. You can set your own personal goals and follow your journey and focus on the times you need help the most.

Great Product to Help Quit Smoking

Great product that is easy to use and was extremely effective in helping me curb my smoking urges. I have used many other nicotine products but this one has by far been the most helpful and it also tasted nice. It really helped with my cravings, I would suggest this product to anyone trying to quit smoking.

Good, not great

I received this free for this review. I was really looking forward to trying this. As a former smoker who switched to vaping, but now the vaping taxes are too high I was hoping for a step down from the act of inhaling.
The nicotine replacement works well and quickly. Unfortunately the mint is extremely strong and in combination with the nicotine it stings very badly when I use it. I wish there were other flavours available to make this a more desirable product to assist with quitting vaping.
It is easy to use though, light and portable, and I like the lock mechanism. I'd still recommend this to others as a possible option.

The spray tastes gross

I did not like the after tatse. The taste is my main issue and the strength is not strong enough for heavy smokers. When you smoke almost 2. Packs a day

Same quality product as before, with an app now

The product is good, and seems to be the same as before, with the main difference being the app. Personally, the app does not offer much benefit for me, but could be useful to some people.

I’m just starting out on my quitting smoking journey and this product has made my life so much easier! I was worried about driving, I always smoke and drive, but having this spray has been a life saver! No cravings had been amazing, I’ll hopefully be able to stick with it with the help of the spray
