I would say it's a game-changer in my journey to quit smoking. I am trying to quit for like 5+ years and kept failing. Not too sure about this product

I have been vaping for about 2 years now and wanted to give this product a try. First of all, I love how your can connect the device to an app and track your progress. The app also offers tips and articles which is interesting. Now, the spray itself is convenient and easy the use, but I hated the taste. They suggest to wait a couple seconds before swallowing for best effects but the spray was burning a little. It also made me feel nauseous for a couple minutes. Overall, I think it could be a good option to quit smoking, it simply was not for me!

This tastes terrible. I received this and thought mint would be a safe flavour, assuming it would be like toothpaste. I find it difficult to use because of the taste. It does curb cravings as described and the app is cool.

Works but requires willpower!

Works when I’m in the right mindset but isn’t a magic solution. Sometimes gives me bad hiccups, if it’s not sprayed correctly. Sometimes does not provide nicotine effectively if not sprayed correctly. I liked the app but having to open the app each time I want to track a spray can be inconvenient! The Smart Track feature lets me track without opening the app which has been great!
