This is my review for the nicrotte quick mist smart track aid to stop smoking and it's been very well done with its features it fits in my hand also a good figet toy and it helped me reduce my smoking and cravings I have nothing bad to say about this product:)

This was so helpful

I’ve been smoking a lot more these days do to stress. I don’t like how much I’m smoking so this was some thing I wanted to try. It instantly relieved my cravings and made it easier to not want to smoke.

So far so good right now it seems to be helping with the cravings but I also notice sometimes it's not for very long. I am just starting so maybe it is me as well in the length of time between sprays.

Taste bad but it works

The quick mist is probably the most effective Nicorette product I have tried. Wired really well to satisfy my cravings enough where I did not smoke. I used less then recommended first day of non smoking was aprox 15 sprays. Works well will continue with it. But it doesn't have a pleasant taste.

modern solution for a long term problem

i was totally amazed using this spray. For a long term heavy chain smoker ( more than 20 yrs , average 1 pack e day ) i finally decided to cut it off and couldn't find any better alternatives. Nicotine pach, gum ,vape , tried everything ... but the urge or craving didn't go away completely. after using this it worked like magic . kick away my craving for atleast 4-5 hrs for a single spray .. initially price seems like a little too much but i think if you really struggling to quit , this could be ur best bet .
