Seems Good

I didn’t get to try this! I had already completely quit before I had received this. I decided my health was more important and just quit without any assistance. When I did get this I contacted Butterly and let them know I had quit and asked If I could send this back but they have a strict rule that items are not able to be sent back.
My opinion about looking at this and the app and reading up about it, it does sound like this could be very effective. Especially because you can take this to work with you and just spray your mouth when needed. It is so innovative that Nicorette has made this wonderful device to help people quit smoking. And to be able to use an app on your phone to record when you use it to also aide in helping you quit is just fantastic. I do wish I had this months ago or even years ago to have possibly help me quit. This is a great tool I think I just didn’t get to use it. So I can’t fully attest to its effectiveness. Fast Acting!

I have tried to quit smoking several times over the course of 15 years. I had just recently started using the patches again when I was selected for this. Using this in conjunction with the patches has so far enabled me to quit smoking. It has a quick delivery that sends your cravings running, I love how easy it is to use and how I can track it with an app as well to hold myself accountable.

No strength

I received this as a trial. It tasted terrible and I didn’t get enough nicotine for me to continue with it. I would not recommend this unless you are at the end stages of quitting smoking.

The burning taste was a turnoff

I'm sure that there are better tasting delivery methods than what this spray provides. It's not pleasant and continuing it's use is like pulling nose hairs. You know it has to be done but there has to be a better option.

I have already since repurchased

Surprisingly very effective despite being 1mg. It really helps. It's a bit spicy from the mint flavouring but not a deterrent from purchasing and using. Worth the buy.

Not bad

It works to relieve the cravings but it is a very strong taste and leaves me feeling sick to my stomach most of the time- maybe it just takes some getting used to.

It HURTS

The spray hurts your mouth and throat. It gives you heartburn IMMEDIATELY and then the hiccups. It is so strong and the mint flavor is just like straight menthol and it burns. Also did not really help with cravings at all.

I was surprised how well its been helping me to quit smoking after 25+ years. And i can track everything on my phone. The combination is a pretty clever idea.

Taste

I was given this product for free to review, the first thing I noticed was the taste. It had my eyes watering, but in all fairness. I didn't want to smoke while using it. I enjoyed that it had an app that you could use to track your progress. I think if the taste could be improved it would be great.
