I have to say having an app to be able to look back and see when and where my weakness is has been amazing!

Within the app there is so much support, so many easy to follow tips. You can set your own personal goals and follow your journey and focus on the times you need help the most.

The app and the device are so easy to use and I am so thankful I have this new tool at my disposal.

I absolutely loved that this came with an app. It helped me be able to keep track of when I was using it, so that I was able to try and use it less when I needed to, and offered me tons of tips and help on how to quit smoking. It's almost like having your own personal cheerleader. I highly recommend giving this a try.

Great for smokers, not for vapers

Great app in conjunction with the Nicorette spray. It does start with the assumption that you smoke cigarettes though, and as someone who quit cigarettes and moved to vaping, I was hoping this would be the step down from having an inhaled system. The spray works well and is easy to link to the app, and the app is thorough and easy to use and understand. There's just little usable information to go from vaping to this product.

A different approach to quitting

i really enjoy this new way to tracking how much nicotine i am using and how many smokes i have had. It has made it easier to manage cutting down smoking.

No good

I did not like the taste or the after taste and I am a chain s.omer so it is not strong enough for a 2 pack a day smoker. I did not like it there is no way I would use this product

The Nicorette quick mist stop smoking app is easy to use . It was very helpful to me to show how much i cut back on smoking and how much money i was saving. I smoke between 25 and 40 cigarettes a day and just in one week i am down to 10 cigarettes. I love this app, it is A +++

I love things connected to my phone.

This is a great addition to help me keep track of different how things on my phone and I use it all the time. I find that I've been track on my different health products and issues and wellness over the phone is nice and easy and everything is all in one place overall it was a nice simple process to use and did not have any issues with it. I kept contract and it was simple.
