This habit tracking app can be used alone to help you quit or double your chances and use it alongside Nicorette Quick Mist. The app features "tap and track" technology which allows you to "tap" your QuickMist dispenser against your Android or Iphone to keep track of daily usage. This data is converted into information to help you quit. The app breaks up quitting into smaller steps so it doesn't seem overwhelming. The app allows you to select goals, chart your progress, and includes many tips to help you with your quit journey. There is a journaling feature, quizzes and app/quitting support. One of my favorite features is the Money Saved, which allows you to type in how much you spend on a package of cigarettes and see how much money you will save in a month or a year after quitting smoking.

Prefect stop smoking tool

This app is absolutely excellent for smoking cessation. Gives you the option to use it without any Nicorette but it can also be paired with the quick mist. All you do is tap the mist on your phone and the app records your usage. You can track your NRT and cigarettes. It also gives thought prompts that get you through each of the 4 steps of smoking. Takes you down every week until the final week where you give up smoking entirely. Really helpful tool.

I have a Heart Condition, which means quitting smoking was a must, I received this product for free, & I must say, this is the best smoking aid that Ive tried! It tastes good, the mist isn't harsh, it's quite pleasant & works right away, it also comes with an app that's helps you the whole step of the way!!

Good app, helps with accountability

My boyfriend (Jason Wright) is trying to quit vaping and uses this product/app to do so.

His review: “App works well, without the smart track version of the spray it can be inconvenient to use. Widget does not work well. The smart track device is great because I can track usage without opening the app, and I can check my progress later. The challenges are not super intuitive and I don’t understand how they work, there are almost too many things being tracked all at once. It’s overall great!”

Confusing

The app i found confusing and the nfc does not work on all phones so if it dont work in the phone u then have to log into the app everytime u want to log s pull if a squirt. Other then that I didn't mind ity

I cannot put in to words how pleased I am with this app. Never have I ever had so much confidence in my ability to quit. There are so many amazing features in the app. Everything from tracking your consumption, to tips, to replacing it with healthy habits. It even gives you a chart to show your productivity. Everything you need to quit, right on your phone. I love the tap to track your Nicorette Quick Mist and how easy it is to track your cigarettes. It counsels you through and I don't feel judged. When I went to.the doctor I got "do this, do that" and,if you're anything like me,you feel like not doing anything you're told to do. The app gives so many suggestions and puts it all in my hands so I can choose what's best for me. I'm elated. This product is a game changer. It's not throw on a patch and hope by the end of the steps you can stick to it. The app helps you set healthy goals, gives you tips, and so much more. I'm so excited to continue my journey and I've never felt so hopeful about actually being able to quit.
