I received this free product for my honest review. Nicorette quick mist is a great product that can help you a lot when you are trying to quick smoking.
You can download the app that makes your journey really structured and also has tips for a healthier lifestyle. With the app you can get statistics on how you are doing and add notes. You can also put how are you feeling that day and how that affects your nicotine intake.

Good quality product. Very easy application for using. I need to see effective after a few weeks of testing it. Very easy for using and comfortable. Good quality packaging.

Helps keep track

I had a few issues downloading the app, but was a great tool. And easy to use by just a tap on your phone. It was very user friendly and I kept wanted to check and it felt great!!

Neat app

Although I wasn't a fan of the nicorette quick mist. I actually found this app quite handy. I found the ability to just tap the quick mist on my phone any time I used it, to keep track, very neat. Your also able to track any cigarette usage as well on the app. Overall a cool app

This data is converted into information to help you quit. The app breaks up quitting into smaller steps so it doesn't seem overwhelming. The app allows you to select goals, chart your progress, and includes many tips to help you with your quit journey. There is a journaling feature, quizzes and app/quitting support. One of my favorite features is the Money Saved, which allows you to type in how much you spend on a package of cigarettes and see how much money you will save in a month or a year after quitting smoking.
