Good app, helps with accountability

My boyfriend (Jason Wright) is trying to quit vaping and uses this product/app to do so.

His review: “App works well, without the smart track version of the spray it can be inconvenient to use. Widget does not work well. The smart track device is great because I can track usage without opening the app, and I can check my progress later. The challenges are not super intuitive and I don’t understand how they work, there are almost too many things being tracked all at once. It’s overall great!”

I just started using this but it is very helpful and motivational. There are many tips and even a place with supportive helpers to talk to. Provides you with a place to make a 'personal quit journey'. Has a separate screen for 'home', 'Journey', 'progress ' and 'support' !!!!! I am using the app now which has been a very neat and easy to use, and also has supports you can contact!.

The whole reason I got the app is because I was sent actual full product of Nicorette QuickMist which it asks you to download the Nicorette app for FREE! This was actually Fully truthful words being write with my fingers 😊

Oh and on top of the previously explained issues/benefits IA that I won't have to keep scrubbing my 2 main just 1 finger from the cigarette stain it leaves on my fingers!

I will Forsure keep using this cause it does help with my cravings. But I find when I'm stressed and the craving is really bad I still feel like I need to smoke a cigarette. But I'm gonna keep using it.
