I was somewhat confused at first on how to use the device with the app. Once I figured it out, it was easy to use and easy to continue using in order to keep track of usage. Super convenient and easy to record. It will only work if the app is open/running in the background. Convenient for when you have your phone on you, but overall a great app!

Works if you stick to it

This application is great if you keep up with the notifications and if you stick to it! It can feel really great counting the days of smoke free but it certainly is a challenge!

Not for me

I tried this along with the mist and did t find that it was effective for me it made me still think about smoking and or vaping along with exercise and mindful thinking it didn’t work for me however a friend said it worked for her
