Having an app is a brilliant idea! I really didn’t think it would be that useful, but wow, what a cool way to track your progress. I found the app to be very motivating as well. Again, great idea to pair these products!

Solid App

The App is very helpful to hold you accountable in working towards the goal of quitting smoking/vaping. I’ve tried other smoking cessation aids and always end up abusing them to get the nicotine hit, however with this App I don’t have this problem at all. It’s also really great that it connects seamlessly with my Apple Watch!
