Good app to use for stopping smoking

At first I don't quite understanding how to use the app actually , but the instruction is quite convenient and direct me step by step to use the app to track my progress to quit smoking . Now I know I am successfully done !

The app is very easy to find in the app store. I had no issues finding it right away by searching the name.

Before you enter the main page, it ask a couple of questions to learn a bit more on your smoking habit.

I can track my usage, set goals and monitor my progress in real time. The app also provides daily tips and has support page that has interesting articles. This app definitely motivates you to keep going.

Very user friendly, has a lot of cool features. I like how it tracks everything for you, just tap it against the Nicolette quick mist and tracks it for you!

Works if you stick to it

This application is great if you keep up with the notifications and if you stick to it! It can feel really great counting the days of smoke free but it certainly is a challenge!

Appli fonctionne bien facile à suivre nos dosages, assez conviviale et j'aime bien de voir combien de vapo j'utilise et mes moyennes, pour ce qui est de l'appli je la recommande à 100%
