Great for accountability

App is honestly great for keeping yourself accountable in an up to date way. Makes it more hands on and in your face and harder to just say oh it was just one smoke. Really enjoy the tracking and personalized aspect

This is absolutely amazing

I had already fully quit smoking before I had received this. I still went ahead and downloaded the app and went through it all. I think this is so important and helpful in helping someone quit. All you have to do is tap the component on your phone anytime you use it and it automatically records in the app. It is going to be able to show you the progress you’re making with the app. You can take this component to work with you and when you need it you can spray your mouth then tap it on your phone. It is so easy.
The app also has a section where you can go to get assistance if you are needing some help. If you are struggling at some point there are different sections that you can click to hopefully help you through that tough time in your journey. I wish I had this years ago to assist in my quitting process. I received this free for my review from Butterly and Nicorette
