Very helpful for keeping track and having a visual tracking tool keeps a person honestin their progress. If you see how much money you are saving its motivating factor. Some will benefit immensely by a digital tracking tool to plot progress

Solid App

The App is very helpful to hold you accountable in working towards the goal of quitting smoking/vaping. I’ve tried other smoking cessation aids and always end up abusing them to get the nicotine hit, however with this App I don’t have this problem at all. It’s also really great that it connects seamlessly with my Apple Watch!

User friendly

Worth a try

I received this product after applying in hopes of quitting smoking after starting up the bad habit a few years ago. I have to admit this product is literally saving my life. The spray doesn’t taste like a horrible nightmare in my mouth and works quickly to stop the craving for a cigarette. You can also track your progress through an app (which I haven’t tried yet but plan to). I’d definitely recommend this to anyone trying to quit this nasty habit as it still has nicotine in it to keep you from those horrible withdrawals but not enough to keep you from doing something stupid for that next cigarette.
