This app is great to help track your intake, definitely need to be ready to quit smoking and dedicate yourself to this. I think in the future this would be an amazing tool to help aid you in a successful achievement of quitting successfully. It did help cut the craving throughout the day tho so helps also if you just want to cut back

Easy to track my progress and I love the fact that it has motivation and support to keep you going. I find it very user-friendly and it even has reminders to keep me on track!

Monitoring made possible

It was nice to be able to monitor when I used the Mist and not having cigarettes it is so helpful. Seems to be more realistic in quitting and you scan when you use the mist and how many smokes you have in a day. There is also support if you need it.
