I won't be buying this.

My husband is trying to quit smoking and the gum just made him crave cigarettes more. It does not help with nicotine cravings and withdrawals. I won't be buying any.

This gum did lessen my craving for smoking but it did not altogether stop it. I do stand by it however, and would recommend it to others. It could have been just something as simple as my will NOT to quit. Who knows?The taste was bareable to be honest.
