I bought the Nike fuelband to keep motivated. I go to the gym daily and walk a lot! To have daily goals set and the ability to revise greater goals as you get better is great. I love the app which tracks everything, and the awesome animations when you have reached your daily achievements. My only suggestion is to make the product a little more appealing looking - style wise. It's hard to work in a corporate environment and look fashionable with a plastic bracelet.
