It is a good product to keep kids busy... But it wares out in less then a year. I have 3 boys that play it and I have gone through 3 wiis in 2 years..... Sick of having to replace.
I'm more of a PS person myself, but wii games are more appropriate for a family with young kids. No problems with the system itself, liking the ability to download free games from their store on the wii but they should offer demo's of their new games, they seem to ignore this area. We really don't like having to replace the batteries on the remote so often, and rechargeable batteries don't last long in this remote, they should have a better recharging option. Remote playability is ok for most games, awful in some. Not liking the fact that we have to buy the new wii U system already to play the new games. As for the games available, they're ok for kids but variety of good games is lacking. I like the exercising games but movements aren't accurate especially with dance games, not sure if it's the sensor, the remote, or both but it's annoying, especially compared to how well the xbox works. But my son is really enjoying the Zelda gameplay (again) so we're good here, for now.
When they started to release Nintendo Wii, i was so exciting and couldn't wait to get one. But they only have white version at that time. And i love most of their games. But after a while, their game selection wasn't too much and attractive for me. But so far, it is great family and friends console.
It is great for watching netflix on and if the kids want to watch something and you want to use the tv you can switch it to the easier it the tablet and it's nice that the tablet can plug In Headphones the battery life could be a bit better but it's not too bad. I would recommend it
Bought it second hand from people who didn't use it. I don't use it a whole lot but I love the Wii fit on it and need to get back into using it again the games are family friendly which I like.
Love that there are games that everyone in the family can enjoy. It also makesyou get up and move around to play. Love my Wii.
I have own a Wii since they came out and love it!!! I also love how interactive the games can be. Think it great that this system reaches all ages and gaming interests:) My family and I have enjoyed hours of fun together playing on our Wii
I bought a wii when they first came out. Also have the wii fit. Used them both for a few months and stopped. Found they got old and boring
The wii is a fun family friendly game! Like that you're moving around, not just sitting down. I particularly like the yoga, bowling and tennis.
My son love this and bonus there are games for mom too! Great family system and love that Netflix is compatible too
