Love the Nivea 2-in-1 Moisturizing Primer for dry to sensitive skin! My foundation applies really smooth on top of the primer. It is moisturizing and has a slight silicone feel. It has a slight scent which didn't irritate my skin. However, it doesn't really blur your pores. It also didn't seem to prolong the wear of my makeup.

I really enjoyed this as a moisturizer. It didn't bother my skin at all and made my skin feel hydrated. The scent wasn't very appealing, smelled of a strong artificial fragrance but that being said, I thought it would bother my skin but it didn't. As a primer I have to say it was a fail.
The price is right for a good moisturizer but I was expecting more from this product.

This is a good light moisturizer as well as a primer for your makeup. It is not greasy at all, but provides moisture to your face. The only thing that I wish would be different is that it would come in fragrance free. It has a slight smell that goes away with time, but with hair products having a smell and my perfume, it is too much for me. It is not terribly overwhelming, but I would prefer fragrance free.

I started using makeup primer a year ago and glad I did. The new Nivea Primer is a great product for someone looking to include a primer in their daily makeup routine. It was easy to apply and left my skin feeling soft and moisturized. I'm very pleased with the results. I'm not sure if it is good enough for me to switch from my usual primer but one never knows. I'm still glad I got the opportunity to try it and will definetly use it again.

This has texture more like a moisturizing cream than the thicker texture I associate with a primer. It spreads easily and absorbs quickly. My skin is quite dry and tight after washing and I like to put a moisturizer on immediately. I used this primer straight up with no moisturizer on first and it felt soothing and got rid of the tight feeling. If I was especially dry and flaky on my cheeks I might want to put a few drops of facial oil underneath but for the most part this worked on its own. The first day I tried this primer I didn't wear any makeup with it. It made my imperfections look a bit blurred and my skin was almost matte with just a but of dewiness on my T-zone. By the end of the day the dewiness had turned into a bit of oiliness and I used a blotting paper to tone down the shine. This oiliness happens no matter what product I use so it isn't caused by the primer. The second day I tried the primer with my usual makeup; mineral powder foundation and powder blush. My makeup applied smoothly over the top and stayed on a bit better than usual.

My conclusion is that this is a very nice moisturizing product for those who need moisture but don't want to be greasy. It's a great base for makeup and works well on it's own. The blurring and mattifying effect is minimal but if you have pretty good skin it really is all that is needed for a casual day at home. I will definitely repurchase this in the future and I think I'll pick up the version for normal skin for the summer when I'm not so dry.

#gotitfree #chickadvisor I got this free to try and substituted it in for my normal primer. I have never used micellar water and did like the help to remove mascara residue after cleansing. I find the primer quite good. It absorbs quickly and works as well most other primers I've used. I have a little bit of a breakout on my chin ... not sure if this is just from switching up my routine or the actual products but is minor and not too much of a concern. My face feels more hydrated after makeup removal than normal. All in all I'm impressed and do plan to repurchase the prime ... and probably thend micellar water.

I received by Nivea primer and makeup remover a few days ago. I have used the primer each morning before putting my makeup on. It feels wonderful and cool as it absorbs within seconds. I don't have to wait before starting to apply my bronzer with a brush! My face feels moisturized all day long and my powder lasts until I wash it off at night with the makeup remover.

I've finally found a primer that works for me! Who would've thought it would be a great moisturiser too!

I've struggled with a change in skin texture and dryness in the past few months (thanks winter winds, and dry radiator heat!), so I've been religiously using non-drying micellar water to clean my face and following up with a Keihls cream every night and morning. My face would be so happy for an hour or two, then back to usual.
I tried the sensitive formula thinking my sad skin might take to it a bit better. Immediately after putting it on, my skin felt like SILK. It felt plumper and soaked the gel-cream right up. Hours later it remained, and I only reapplied before bed.
I've also tried several drugstore primers, and find they worked well on parts of my face, or the results (mattifying, glow, smoothing, etc) just 'vanished' within minutes of applying. The Nivea primer wears perfectly under makeup, and I imagine it would be great for power makeup (which can make your skin drier, and emphasise dry skin.
The formula is light, and pretty 'thin' so it spreads really easily. I'll touch my fingertip to the cream, then dot on my face three times, and then lightly rub in. There's zero shine, but you'll get that hydrated 'brightness' since its a moisturiser too. Because I need to use so little, I haven't made a dent in the jar -- I swear I'll have this for months.

I really can't believe how much better this performed than I expected, and the fact its a 2-in-1 is a massive bonus -- one less step for lazy ol' me to do! ;)

Really felt nice to put something on my face that made my skin moisturized and I could put make up over top of it without my skin drying out. I didn't have to add any lotion on my face for the entire day!!!!
