Nivea 3-in-1 Micellar Water did not agree with my skin.

I recieved the Nivea 3-in-one micellar water in my chick advisor kit for the nivea 2-in-1 moisturizing primer. My initial thoughts when useing it we that it was nice, it removed all of my makeup easily and seemed to be mild. However one of the ingredients did not agree with my skin, I seem to have had an allergic reaction to the product. I woke up the next morning with a rash of bumps that looked like pimples, but not, in random patches all over my face. I then tested the micellar water on my inner arm to see if it was the culprit and within a few hours I had a similar bump on my arm as what was all over my face. I should have tested on my arm first but I have never had a negative experience with a Nivea products before this and my skin is typically not overly sensitive. Other people may have a different experience with this product, but this was mine. I will not repurchase this product as I believe I am allergic to something in it, but I will continue to buy all of the nivea products that I love and had never had problems with, which is quite a few. ☺

I received this for free as part of the Product Review Club. Removing makeup and dirt is a breeze with this micellar water. It's a very gentle formula but it's tough on even the heaviest of makeup. The only thing it didn't remove for me was waterproof mascara, but I use coconut oil for that, so I didn't mind so much. I used cotton pads, as directed, to wipe off the rest of my makeup and I didn't have to rub or struggle with removing it. It just came right off as I wiped. I kept doing this until I no longer saw any makeup on the pad. On average, I used 6 cotton pads to completely remove it all. My skin looked and felt so refreshed, hydrated and clean afterwards. There is a delicate scent to it, but it's hardly noticeable, making this gentle solution perfect for sensitive skin. I didn't break me out either, which is another plus for this product. This is just as good as more expensive micellar waters I've tried and I do want to continue purchasing it once I run out. Another amazing product from Nivea, and a brand I can really trust to do what it promises!

This was a good makeup remover for me. It has no downsides, and I'm usually good at being critical. It comes out of the bottle very well/fast so I'm able to fill a cotton pad easily. It's a solid clear liquid so no shaking is required prior to use, and if it has any scent it's really faint. I'm able to use both sides of one cotton pad to remove all my face and eye makeup, no hard pressing needed. It's super good at removing black liquid eyeliner and thick waterproof mascara, and not spreading this darkness around my eye area; it's all gone. I don't exactly know what "micellar" means without googling it, but it did seem to get off more makeup onto the pad quicker than other non-micellar removers have done. I can tell that the oils in it are beneficial b/c it doesn't dry out my skin but leaves it a little clammy to the touch. So it does have some moisturizing qualities, but I still use my routine nighttime moisturizers after using it. (Got it free with a ChickAdvisor Product Review Club item)

Non-irritating makeup remover

This didn't irritate my eyes and I liked that it isn't oily like some makeup remover and it took my mascara off easily. I still needed moisturiser after I used it, but it didn't make my face feel dryer the way some facewash does.

Ce produit est très bien. Il est comparable à celui de Bioderma qui se vend beaucoup plus cher. Il faut frotter un peu plus pour enlever le maquillage que celui de Bioderma, mais pour la différence de prix, cela vaut la peine. De plus, lors du reveil le matin, le produit est très rafraichissant ! Bref je vais le racheter !!!

Le produit démaquille vraiment très bien ,je n'ai aucune trace de maquillage le lendemain au réveil. Par contre, il me chauffe un peu les yeux.
Mais c'est vraiment le seul inconvénient

The NIVEA 3 in 1 Micellar Water was a really great way to remove makeup. It is fresh and light making my face feel super clean after. I haven't tried many similar products so not sure what else is out there in this category. I would definitely continue to use but not married to it yet!

This is my first time using micellar water and I have to say it worked really well. I applied it to a cotton pad and it felt cool and refreshing on my skin. It did take three cotton pads to remove my tinted moisturizer and eye makeup but afterwards my skin was left feeling clean and fresh. Even without moisturizer it left my skin feeling soft. It didn't cause any irration. Since it says on the bottle it's suitable for sensitive skin I didn't think it would. If you're in a hurry this product is great as it's a 3 in 1. A make-up remover, cleanser and moisturizer all in one may prove convenient at times. I actually like it better than my regular Marcelle gentle make-up remover for sensitive eyes and it's slightly less expensive. Im glad I got the chance to try this product. #gotitfree

I have never used Micellar water before, until I received it in my product review box along with the 2:1 primer.

This is a stellar makeup remover! (I never thought I would say that because I love my current Nivea eye makeup remover I use now) I wear heavy eye makeup some days and this cleanser takes it off with ease, that amazes me. When applied to the rest of my face it totally cleansed and left my face feeling fresh, bright and clean and it didn't leave me with a dry feeling either, I felt moisturized!

There is a reason I always buy Nivea, not only do I trust their products, they prove time and again that they can do a better job than the others! #NiveaMustHaves #gotitfree
