This item I gave to my husband because I didn't really like it. I found it left too much on my lips that felt odd rather then like other balms.
My husband however loved it and thought it was perfect for being out and about running and playing soccer etc. He likes it so much he went out and bought my son one too for his soccer bag. They both felt it moisturizered and protected from the wind and elements.

This lip balm felt smooth going on however did have a bit of a greasy feel to it. I personally prefer a lip balm that does double duty of both hydration and having a bit of a tint/shimmer to it. This product didn't offer the tint or shimmer so for that reason I may decide to not purchase it in the future. If the tint/shimmer option is not important to you then I would definitely recommend this product.

I received this product from the product review club. I suffer with dry cracked lips and I have a hard time finding a good product that works for me. When I received this product I didn't think it would work like the rest. But It does. I went from having dry cracked lips to soft and smooth in a few days. It goes on smoothly and lasts for a bit. It is worth the price for it.

I absolutely loved this Nivea Essential Lip Balm, and it is an essential!! I found this one to be very nourishing & moisturizing, making my lips feel very soft. I always have a lip balm or 2 in my purse at all times, this one included as well as my other Nivea lip balm!

I also found that wearing this balm under my matte lipsticks helped with the dryness that can be attached to some of the matte lipsticks out there on the market. Just let it soak into the lips for a bit before applying the matte lipstick. I didn't find that this balm was greasy at all, so it felt great under my lippies.

Yes, I would purchase this again; yes, I would definitely recommend this!

I received this product as part of the product review club. I would say its a very effective lip balm that carries a light scent but not sure it lasts the 12 hrs as noted. I found myself reapplying by 2-3 hrs.. then again it stilll didnt feel dry anymore either. Its a decent lip balm.

A little tube of greatness. I keep it tucked into my purse so I can use it whenever I need to. The lip balm applies smoothly and with great ease. The balm lasts long and is not offensive in texture nor smell. I recommend it to others.

I received this product to try for free. I have used the Nivea brand lip balm before. I absolutely love this lip balm. The Nivea essential lip balm definitely did not disappoint. Very hydrating. Not greasy at all and keeps your lips soft all day. With this lip balm, you don't have to keep on reapplying. It is very effective. I would definitely recommend the Nivea essential lip balm to all my friends and family.

Its lightweight, non greasy, hydrating and applies smoothly.

I really like that I can apply it once and not feel like I need another coat 20 minutes later and that it doesn't leave any colour or waxy residue. There is nothing worse that having pale pasty looking lips when you are looking for a quick boost of hydration. My lips are in pretty good shape but they definately can get dry in hot windy weather so I was really happy to have it on hand. It suited my needs perfectly.

Got to try Nivea lip balm free from Chicken Advisor. I thought it was a good product. I have to admitted that I like a fruity scent on my lips and that was not the case but in every other areas it did what it claimed. It was very moisturizing and went on very smooth. I think this will be my winter go to.

I found this lip balm to be too dry or drying. did not like it at all. wont be purchasing this balm. I received this free from Chick Advisor in exchange for review. Thank You.
