This lip balm was a pleasant surprise! It went on like petroleum jelly, so that initially scared me, but once on, it moistened my lips and made them feel soft and subtle. Definitely worth tossing your Chapstick for this!

This lip balm did work well to soften my lips. I still prefer my usual brands which is my Lip Medex by Blistex or my Gloss from Burt's Bee because it leaves a refreshing tingle to my lips which the Nivea did not do. I do not think I will be switching brands anytime soon.

I didn't really enjoy the lip balm. I found it to be ineffective in long term lip healing. Not sure that this product would meet my needs for lip protection in a Canadian winter.... sadly, not my favorite but it was ok. Typical lip gloss.

An overall fantastic lip balm, especially for someone like me whose lips tend to turn sandpaper-like in the colder months of the year. Went on smooth and lightweight which is a huge bonus for me as I often layer my lip balm with lip colour. Highly recommended, especially for the very reasonable price.

With this lip balm, I have found the perfect product for winter use but I personally would not use during the other seasons. Hydrated and protected well, for a long time, but very, very thick. Would not recommend using prior to eating or drinking. Definitely would be a great product when outside in harsher winter weather. #GotItFree #NiveaMustHaves

I am a Lip Balm aholic and always have a few on me or in my purse. I dropped the NIVEA Essential Lip Balm into my bag the minute I opened the package and it has been in use multiple times a day since!

The balm is soothing for dry lips, works well under mate lipstick to moisturize and my husband has asked to use it numerous times. He wants to have his own and really likes that the packaging is gender neutral.

The nivea lip balm is a great little lip balm great price and makes your lips super soft however nothing special about this one i have others i love more but enjoyed trying this one

I loved the smoothness of this lip balm.
It was not tacky or sticky, and passed the hair test.
It provided great moisture to me lips and didn't leave them dry.
